If you’re uploading a new firmware image to one of those powerful home xDSL modems from Zhone (formerly Paradyne) you may end up with error message says “Please enter a vlaid File Name.” every time you press the “Update Software” button. Well, it actually have nothing to do with the stupid name, it’s the browser.

Personally, I like to use the FireFox or Chrome, however, for some reason Zhone forces you to use IE to upload the firmware.
